A well-established and growing architecture firm is seeking an Architectural Job Captain to join its Oakland studio. The firm specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, and high-density residential projects throughout California.
The ideal candidate will have strong Revit and construction documentation experience, with a background in multifamily architecture and the ability to coordinate project teams and consultants.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of architectural experience
- 2+ years of multifamily experience required
- 4+ years of Revit experience required
- Construction administration experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of IBC, CBC, accessibility requirements, and building construction types I, III & V
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
- California licensure or actively pursuing licensure preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
