Studio Volpe is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Interior Architecture team. This is a full-time, in-office position in our San Francisco studio. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end residential design firm. We are seeking a highly organized individual with a strong work ethic, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to confidently manage multiple tasks at once and takes pride in ensuring every detail is executed precisely and efficiently. This Role: • Supports projects through schematic design, design development, construction documents and millwork detailing • Produces and manages plans, elevations and details in coordination with senior staff, consultants, general contractors and subcontractors • Reviews and redlines shop drawings for accuracy and design intent • Responds to RFI’s in an accurate and efficient manner • Collaborates with the studio team, vendors, and contractors to keep projects on schedule • When requested, contributes to project meetings by preparing agendas, taking meeting notes and preparing meeting minutes • Assists in construction administration • Maintains project schedules, budgets and documentation standards
