Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of interior design projects across multiple project types and phases.
- Develop design concepts and produce coordinated drawings, renderings, presentations, details, and construction documents.
- Create mood boards, finish palettes, material studies, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent.
- Assist with the selection and specification of finishes, furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and decorative elements.
- Support project coordination and construction administration efforts, including consultant collaboration, submittal reviews, and field observations.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional interior design experience, ideally within commercial, hospitality, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of design documentation, detailing, building materials, codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a strong design portfolio.
