Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept design through construction administration.
- Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact throughout project execution.
- Oversee architects, designers, and consultants while providing design leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering and specialty consultant requirements.
- Contribute directly to design development, technical detailing, documentation, coordination, and project problem-solving.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience, including leadership of projects and teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university; licensure preferred but not required.
- Proven experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction technologies, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
