Purpose
To support a productive flow of business through our Stile & Rail showroom in Bellevue, WA. The Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to Designers and Sales Representatives, as well as maintaining the scheduling of all Field Technicians. The Showroom Coordinator position does not have any formal routine decision making authority; however, individuals within this role are encouraged to make recommendations on policies and procedures relating to their job. No formal supervisory responsibilities exist for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and forward incoming calls to their destination in a courteous and professional manner.
Track inventory and place orders to restock office supplies as needed and approved by management.
Schedule service calls and on-site field measuring as requested by customer
Track and log the completion of service orders
Contact customers within 24 hours to coordinate scheduled visits
Maintain communication between customer, salesperson, field tech, and management
Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience
Associate or Undergraduate degree preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent
