Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and technical delivery of flagship Data Centre projects, ensuring innovative solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including sustainability and infrastructure specialists, to deliver high-quality architecture solutions.
- Manage project workflows, coordinate with consultants, and oversee documentation processes to maintain project excellence and timely delivery.
- Drive quality control by reviewing technical details and ensuring compliance with ESD requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as a client liaison, presenting design concepts and technical strategies, and fostering strong project relationships.
- Mentoring junior team members, sharing expertise, and nurturing a culture of continuous learning within the studio.
- Contribute to the firm’s reputation for industry-leading design and sustainable data centre solutions, elevating the studio’s profile in Australia and beyond.
Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of post-graduate experienceleading projects in infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Proven track record delivering complex, high-profile projects, ideally within a highly technical or environmentally conscious context.
- Exceptional Revit skills, with a strong understanding of BIM workflows and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to articulate design intent and technical strategies effectively.
- Strong technical expertise, including compliance checking, detail design, and documentation.
- Preference for local Australian, UK, or NZ experience, with a collaborative mindset.
