We're partnering with a growing consulting firm in the transportation and infrastructure industry to find a Part-Time Project Coordinator to support a collaborative, close-knit team. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in the Atlanta area and available for occasional in-office meetings and site visits as needed.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to keep projects organized and on track.
- Attend client meetings, capture detailed meeting notes, and distribute action items.
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
- Serve as a communication hub between clients, consultants, and internal team members.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain organized project documentation.
- Coordinate correspondence and ensure important information is communicated clearly across project teams.
- Support project managers with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks.
- Help ensure projects continue moving efficiently from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of project coordination, project support, or administrative experience.
- A true people person who enjoys building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to take thorough meeting notes and clearly communicate project updates and action items.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be based in the Atlanta, GA area and available for occasional in-person meetings.
- Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, transportation, consulting, or professional services is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
