Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept and schematic design through construction administration.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Prepare and oversee design development and construction document packages.
- Develop creative design solutions and refine concepts based on project goals and client feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Manage small to mid-sized project teams while mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Produce high-quality drawings, models, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Participate in professional development, networking, and industry engagement opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Licensed Architect required.
- Experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Strong knowledge of project management, construction documentation, building materials, and architectural detailing.
- Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) is preferred.
- Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management abilities.
- LEED Green Associate, LEED AP, or an active NCARB Record is a plus.
