Key responsibilities
Recruit for a wide variety of roles across the Architecture & Design industry
Build a deep understanding of what your clients need to grow their business
Match top talent to exciting new career opportunities
Review applicants, interview candidates, prepare summary notes, and write compelling job ads
Grow your professional network and nurture strong client and candidate relationships
Skills & Experience
Experience in the Architecture or Design industry is highly valued
Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client interaction
Strong networking skills and the ability to influence
Target-driven, organised, and detail-oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
Team-focused, proactive, and motivated with strong work ethic
Energetic, social, and able to manage daily activity effectively
