Our role is to serve as a long-term partner, not an outsourcing solution or transactional vendor. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping. BS in Accounting. Strong grasp of trust account handling, reconciliations and accounting workflows, as well as fluency with Studio Designer and Quickbooks. Experience working with Quickbooks and and Studio Designer. Hybrid in-person role; required 2 days in office in Manhattan Your primary responsibilities will be: Working with QuickBooks and Harvest or other equivalent time tracking software. Creating Invoices for time billing (professional fees), sending them to clients, and following up on the collection of funds as well as confirming due dates for payment with Clients. Following up on a weekly basis with clients ensuring their hours and utilization have been successfully recorded. Evaluating and analyzing reports and data to inform internal management of problematic trends. Using trackers in excel and Claude to track client status, pending invoices and billing and utilization trends.
