Director, Architecture & Design | Los Angeles
I’m working on a senior design opportunity in Los Angeles for an experienced architect with a strong background in workplace and interiors.
This role would suit someone who has built their career in architecture but has a particularly strong eye for interiors, materials, detailing and the overall experience of a space.
Office and workplace experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who understands both the architectural and interior aspects of these projects and can bring strong design judgement alongside a practical understanding of how projects are delivered.
Communication is a big part of the role. You’ll be working with a wide range of people across design, development and construction, so you need to be comfortable presenting ideas, building relationships and influencing decisions.
You should be confident working with external architects, designers and consultants, reviewing design work and helping guide projects while balancing design quality with program, budget, and delivery.
This is a senior role, so we’re looking for someone with maturity, confidence and credibility, but still genuinely interested in design and the detail of projects.
You’ll ideally bring:
A professional background in architecture
Significant office and workplace experience
A strong interiors and design sensibility
Experience taking projects from design through delivery
Excellent presentation and communication skills
The ability to influence senior stakeholders and external design teams
Based in Los Angeles.
