We’re working with a small architecture studio in Brooklyn looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to join their team on an initial 3 month contract.
They are looking for someone with substantial project delivery experience who can come into a small team and contribute from day one. The role will focus primarily on multifamily residential projects, taking work through the technical and documentation stages.
Excellent AutoCAD skills are essential, alongside strong experience producing detailed construction drawings and coordinating projects through delivery. You should be comfortable working with a high level of independence and taking ownership of your work rather than requiring significant supervision.
Previous multifamily residential experience is strongly preferred, along with a good understanding of construction and technical detailing.
This is a 35 hour per week position and is fully office based in Brooklyn. This is not a remote role.
