We are currently recruiting for an experienced Architect, Architectural Technologist or Technician to join a busy delivery team on an urgent contract basis.
The successful candidate will have 5–10+ years’ UK experience and strong technical delivery expertise, with a particular focus on RIBA Stages 4 and 5. The role will support the delivery of major residential projects.
The Role

Work as part of the delivery team, taking projects through the technical and construction stages.

Produce and coordinate detailed technical information across RIBA Stages 4 and 5.

Lead and contribute to NBS Chorus specification writing, with a very strong working knowledge of the platform essential.

Work closely with consultants, contractors and the wider project team to resolve technical and construction-related issues.

Ensure technical information is accurate, coordinated and delivered to programme.

Support the team across live projects and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality built work.
About You
We are looking for someone with:

5–10+ years’ professional experience within architecture, architectural technology or technical delivery.

Strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.

Excellent technical and delivery skills with a strong understanding of construction detailing and coordination.

Very strong NBS Chorus specification writing experience – essential.

Revit experience would be advantageous.

The ability to work confidently within a fast-paced project environment.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
