Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, client outreach, and industry engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and luxury residential clients.

Identify project opportunities early in the design process and guide them through specification and completion.

Manage the full sales cycle, including client inquiries, quotations, order management, delivery coordination, and post-sale support.

Strengthen existing client relationships, reactivate inactive accounts, and encourage repeat business.

Maintain and track a robust sales pipeline, providing regular forecasting and reporting through CRM systems.

Prepare client presentations, proposals, and pricing packages, while negotiating and closing sales opportunities.

Represent the brand within the New York and Tri-State design community through showroom appointments, client meetings, trade events, and networking opportunities.

Present products, craftsmanship, and bespoke offerings to clients with confidence and professionalism.

Partner with leadership teams to develop territory growth strategies, sales objectives, and performance goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or specification sales within the luxury design, interiors, architecture, furniture, lighting, or related industries.

Strong network of industry contacts within the New York and Tri-State design community.

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships that lead to high-value business opportunities.
