Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate landscape architecture documentation, including planting, hardscape, grading, layout, lighting, materials, and permit plans.
- Develop accurate drawings, schedules, construction details, and technical documentation that align with project goals and design intent.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure project information is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
- Support project planning by tracking assignments, communicating project status updates, and helping maintain project momentum.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior team members, documenting project decisions, and supporting ongoing design development.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, design documentation, or a similar environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design and production software.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate, and organized drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, accountability, and project coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong design aptitude, spatial reasoning, and a proactive desire to learn construction methods, detailing practices, and professional project delivery.
