Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support project teams through the design and documentation process for small to mid-sized architectural projects.
- Develop comprehensive design and construction documents that meet project objectives, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, development teams, and construction professionals throughout project delivery.
- Manage project design schedules, lead team and consultant meetings, and oversee QA/QC processes and project specifications.
- Research building codes, navigate regulatory approvals, resolve complex technical issues, and mentor junior architectural staff.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with active architectural licensure required.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, construction documentation, building codes, and constructability reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, coordinate consultants, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Bluebeam and sustainability credentials such as LEED AP and/or WELL AP are highly desirable.
