Position Responsibilities
- Manage and delegate tasks to support staff
- Project design in collaboration with Principal and landscape Architects, in concept development and design features
- Formulating and assembling project deliverables
- Oversee presentation packages, sketching schematic design, delegating, and managing drawings
- Review construction document details- delegating and managing drawings
- Review design documentation in the form of graphic illustration and imagery research on assigned projects
- Communicates with design team and others regarding project needs
- Site observations and reviews during construction phase(s)
- Lead client meetings and presentations
Qualifications
- Certificate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Working technical knowledge in landscape architecture, architecture, or land use planning.
- AutoCAD proficient - with clear understanding of technical drawings.
- Project management skills - onsite and administrative.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong communication skills.
