We are seeking an experienced and passionate Interior Architect with a strong architectural foundation, exceptional design eye, and the technical ability to translate creative concepts into beautifully resolved drawings, renderings, details, and built environments. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that will lead architectural drawing, detailing, and rendering within the studio while working closely with the design team throughout all phases of a project—from initial concept and design development through construction and final installation. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing a custom architectural detail, producing a highly refined rendering, coordinating with contractors and fabricators, and problem-solving in the field. This position requires someone who can balance creativity with technical precision and confidently manage multiple high-end residential projects at various stages of development. Primary Responsibilities Lead production of architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawing packages for interior and exterior spaces. Produce highly refined 2D and 3D drawings and renderings of interiors, architectural elements, custom millwork, and furniture. Translate design concepts into accurate, detailed, and buildable drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Develop custom architectural elements, millwork, cabinetry, furniture, and project-specific details. Provide architectural leadership within the studio and help maintain drawing standards and accuracy across projects. Coordinate closely with the design team, clients, architects, contractors, consultants, fabricators, craftspeople, and vendors. Participate in day-to-day project management, maintaining clear communication and follow-through across multiple active projects.
