Project Manager | Luxury Residential

An established and growing design-build practice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end residential projects across Los Angeles.
Working directly with the Managing Principal, you'll take ownership of some of the firm's most complex and high-profile projects, leading them from inception through construction. This is a senior delivery role that combines technical excellence, client leadership and team management, offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a collaborative and fast-growing studio.
The Role
As the lead Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, supported by a Job Captain, while acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design and construction process.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex residential projects from concept through completion.
- Leading project budgets, schedules, scope and consultant coordination.
- Serving as the primary client liaison and building long-term client relationships.
- Overseeing construction documentation, QA/QC and technical delivery.
- Mentoring junior project managers and project architects.
- Working closely with leadership to establish project delivery standards and best practices.
- Supporting fee proposals, contracts and project planning.
About You
You'll be an experienced architect or project manager with:
- 10+ years' experience delivering complex architectural projects.
- Strong technical expertise in construction documentation and detailing.
- Proven experience managing teams while successfully delivering multiple projects.
- Excellent client-facing, communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts and project planning.
- Advanced Revit skills.
- Experience in high-end residential, custom homes or design-build projects is highly desirable.
- California licensure is preferred but not essential.

Salary: $115,000–$145,000 DOE + comprehensive benefits.
