RESPOSIBILITES: -Work closely with the Design Associates and Design Director through all phases of the design process -Assist with the procurement process through quotation, ordering, and delivery -Update project schedules and Studio Designer -Prepare materials for client presentations and meetings -Assist with sourcing fabric, furniture, and lighting -Maintain accurate and organized project files and materials -Manage sample library -Check in and inspect incoming packages -Assist with updating AutoCAD floor plans and elevations -Run local errands including vendor pick ups, drop offs, and supply purchases -Provide on-site support at site visits and installations
