At Prince Design Studio, we design and build homes for the nervous system — spaces that are not only beautiful, but deeply supportive of the people who live within them. As our Interior Design & Construction Project Manager, you’ll work directly alongside the Principal to bring thoughtfully designed homes to life from concept through construction and installation. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of interior design, architecture, construction, and project management. Our work is guided by our Internal Architecture methodology, integrating architecture, interior design, human psychology, and Feng Shui to create homes that support how people live, feel, gather, restore, and move through their daily lives. You’ll play an integral role in the creative design process — developing space plans, sourcing furniture, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, stone, tile, textiles, and custom furnishings, while assembling compelling presentation boards, material palettes, and client presentations that communicate a cohesive design vision. You’ll research new vendors, manage samples, prepare specifications, and thoughtfully refine every detail from concept through installation. On the technical side, you’ll produce construction drawings, interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, millwork details, finish schedules, and documentation that clearly communicates design intent. You’ll coordinate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, fabricators, contractors, and vendors to ensure every decision is executed with clarity and precision. You’ll also develop preliminary project scopes and budget assessments, helping align design aspirations with realistic investment expectations while guiding projects through every phase of execution.
