An award-winning New York architecture and interiors studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to join its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an architect or designer with around 7–10 years of experience who has a strong background in high-end single-family residential design and enjoys being involved throughout the life of a project.
You’ll work on beautifully detailed private residences, collaborating closely with clients, consultants and the wider design team from early concept and design development through documentation and construction.
The studio is looking for someone who is confident, personable and comfortable being client-facing, with the ability to take ownership of projects and communicate design ideas clearly.
What they’re looking for
• Approximately 7–10 years of architectural experience
• Strong high-end single-family residential experience
• Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
• Confident working directly with clients
• Experience coordinating consultants and project teams
• Strong understanding of projects from design through construction
• Revit is essential
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility
The practice offers a genuinely flexible and supportive working environment. The team works on a hybrid basis, with four days per week in the New York studio, alongside plenty of flexibility around how you manage your working day.
