As Showroom & Store Operations Associate in LA, you are passionate about design, highly organized, customer-focused, and self-motivated. This is a dynamic role where you will be instrumental in supporting the launch and ongoing success of our West Hollywood flagship, driving sales, providing expert client consultation, maintaining the impeccable appearance of our store, and ensuring efficient, end-to-end operational flow. The ideal candidate thrives in a varied and engaging environment, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and is prepared to fully commit to the success of the store. An interior-design background or prior category-specific retail experience in home textiles, especially rugs and curtains, is highly valued.
