This role is a hybrid position reporting directly to the Director of Stores, Retail & Outlet and working closely with cross-functional partners as well as with the Field Sales Manager, the Retail Operations Manager, and directly with the store teams.

The Store Merchandising Coordinator plays a vital role in bringing the brand to life across remote store locations by ensuring consistent product presentation, supporting sales-driving initiatives, and enabling seamless execution of merchandising strategies. By acting as a liaison between corporate teams and store leadership, this role empowers store teams with the tools, training, and guidance needed to execute effectively and achieve their sales and merchandising goals. This is a critical position for the Retail & Outlet channel that directly enhances the client experience, reinforces brand consistency, and leads to sales acceleration.
what you will own…
- Support cross-functional teams in the execution of pricing & promotional strategies, and product assortment planning for store locations.
- Assist with the coordination and rollout of pricing updates and promotions, ensuring accuracy and timely uploads in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Help develop and distribute visual merchandising materials, promotional activities, and resources that reflect brand standards across all store locations.
- Monitor store-level inventory availability and communicate opportunities or challenges to appropriate stakeholders to support merchandising plans.
- Compile and summarize sales performance data and reports—including capture rate, product sell-through, and other KPIs—to support business reviews and identify merchandising opportunities.
- Conduct regular photo reviews and assist with store visits to assess compliance with visual standards, providing feedback to improve execution.
- Facilitate training sessions and assist in the delivery of products and visual merchandising training to store teams.
- Maintain effective communication with store teams, providing guidance, support, and follow-ups to ensure consistency in execution and brand presentation.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to share store feedback and contribute insights that support merchandising strategies and sales goals.
who we are looking for…
- 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising, store operations, or visual merchandising; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Uses data and insights to identify merchandising opportunities and challenges, providing actionable recommendations to optimize sales and performance.
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure precise execution of POS pricing updates, merchandising material distribution, and adherence to promotional timelines.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Effectively juggles multiple projects, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates, ensuring timely and efficient execution across locations.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Works well with cross-functional teams and fosters strong relationships with store teams and stakeholders to align strategies and enhance teamwork.
- Sales Acceleration & Business Acumen: Focuses on driving sales by aligning merchandising activities with sales targets and market trends.
- Budget Management & Cost Awareness: Manages costs effectively when coordinating projects and understands the financial impact of merchandising decisions.
- Adaptability: Responds to changing business needs, customer demands, and seasonal trends while maintaining high standards in visual presentation and execution.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in POS systems for pricing updates, inventory management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to track product and sales performance.
- Training & Development: Guides and mentors store teams in visual merchandising, sales strategies, and brand standards to contribute to the achievement of store goals.
- Influencing & Leadership: Inspires and motivates teams to uphold high merchandising standards and improve sales performance.

physical requirements…
Must be able to stand up to 100% of working time during a work shift standing and moving. This role involves constant moving, communicating, reaching, grabbing and standing for the entire work shift.
