Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Sales Assistance: Work closely with the company’s national and international showrooms to provide stock updates, lead times, sample orders, reserves, and ensure order fulfillment Assist the sales associate in fulfilling sample requests, and managing follow-up communication. Assist the sales associate with planning meetings and small in-studio events Assist the sales associate in new customer outreach Methodically document customer activity in our CRM Manage customer mailing list Production Management: Manage and place PO's for fabric and wallpaper production Place PO’s for wholesale linen orders and manage linen inventory Order Processing + Fulfillment: Process all Trade Direct and online orders Create shipping paperwork Track order payments, shipments, and deliveries Studio Management Manage sample and label inventory Manage office maintenance Manage office and mailing supply inventory Assist staff as needed with meeting planning and travel coordination Assist staff as need with photo shoots
