This strategic and hands-on role will focus on cultivating key client relationships, leading the design and delivery of large-scale, developments across multiple sectors and mentoring junior members of the team.
With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, defense, science and healthcare, public realm, multi-residential and mixed-use projects (including landmark Brisbane developments and upcoming Olympic work), this opportunity is suited to an astute Architect with master planning capability and a proven record delivering large high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and delivery of major, complex projects from early visioning and master planning through to completion
• Strengthen and expand client relationships within the Brisbane market
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring senior project leaders and fostering high-performance teams
