Managing Principal to join its New York office. This is a senior leadership role focused on strengthening project delivery, team performance, and operational clarity within a highly respected and creatively driven environment.
The Role
The Managing Principal will act as a key figure within the studio—bringing structure, leadership, and calm authority across multiple projects and teams. This role is centered on enabling and delivering design excellence.
You will:
- Oversee the delivery of multiple complex, high-profile projects
- Provide leadership and support to senior project teams
- Act as a steady, approachable presence within the studio
- Step into challenging situations and provide clear direction and resolution
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with program, budget, and quality expectations
- Support studio operations, resourcing, and overall performance
The Individual
This role would suit a Senior Project Manager or Associate-level architect/designer from a high-quality, design-led practice looking to step into a broader leadership position.

Experience Required
- Proven track record delivering complex architectural projects
- Experience within a respected, design-focused practice
- Strong understanding of project delivery in the US
- Commercial awareness and ability to oversee project performance
