We are working with a highly regarded, design-led architecture studio in New York, known for its meticulous approach to high-end residential and heritage projects.
The studio is currently seeking two contract hires to support the delivery of a significant Georgian mansion scheme. These are immediate requirements and offer the opportunity to work on a beautifully detailed, technically complex project.
The roles
Interior-focused role
This position will suit an Interior Architect or Architect with a strong interiors background, experienced in producing detailed drawing packages and working closely with design teams to resolve high-end residential interiors.
Core & shell / architectural role
This role requires a technically strong Architect with experience in traditional construction, capable of leading detailed coordination and documentation across core and shell elements. A solid understanding of planning, consultant coordination, and construction detailing is essential.
Responsibilities
Produce high-quality technical drawing packages
Develop and resolve detailed design solutions
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Support delivery across all technical stages of the project
Ensure design intent is maintained through execution
Requirements
Proven experience on high-end residential or heritage projects
Strong technical ability and attention to detail
Experience with traditional construction methods
Confident coordinating with consultants and wider project teams
Ability to work at pace within a collaborative studio environment
