Join a fun, fast-paced and design-led studio of around 80 people, where creativity and collaboration are at the heart of everything. Working within a close-knit operations team of 10, you’ll play a key role in keeping the studio running smoothly. This is a highly visible, client-facing position where you’ll liaise regularly with Directors, visitors and internal teams—helping to shape the day-to-day experience in a busy, upbeat environment. Ideal for someone outgoing, organised and proactive who thrives in a sociable, creative setting, happy to be in the office 5 days, 8:45am - 5:15pm.

Responsibilities:

Manage front-of-house operations, including meeting rooms, visitors and daily studio flow
Coordinate meetings, calendars and refreshments to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain a well-presented, organised and fully stocked studio environment
Support studio operations (HR, H+S, ISO), including supplies, travel bookings and facilities coordination
Assist with internal events, team activities and overall studio culture

Requirement's:

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable working with people at all levels
Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
