Key Responsibilities

Lead design direction from concept to completion, ensuring creativity and consistency.
Oversee project delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Guide and mentor design teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
Manage studio operations, budgets, and team resources.
Ensure design quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance across all phases.

Skills and Experience

Degree or equivalent in project management or related field.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe
Deep understanding of design standards, construction, and documentation.
Confident communicator with proven leadership and client-facing skills.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and commercially savvy.
