They are seeking an Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of their workplace. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating an efficient, welcoming and well-functioning office environment. Note this role is on a part time basis at 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a professional, organised and welcoming environment
- Manage office supplies, services and facilities, including liaising with external providers and resolving issues
- Provide administrative support to the broader team, including meeting coordination and document preparation
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries and general enquiries
- Support invoice processing and maintain accurate records of office-related expenses
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in office management within a design environment such as architecture or interior design
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication skills
- Proficiency across standard office systems with exposure to invoice or accounts administration
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a defined scope
