Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Oversee monthly management reporting, including preparation, analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow to support informed business decision-making
- Ensure compliance across tax, statutory reporting and regulatory requirements, liaising with external advisors
- Drive operational efficiency through finance systems optimisation and continuous process improvement
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role within a design based environment such as architecture or interior design
- CA or equivalent qualification with strong technical accounting expertise
- Strong systems capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead a small team
- Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and developing others
