Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect – Division Leader

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership – Lead the development of schematic and conceptual design solutions with a sharp eye for color, form, and composition, elevating the creative vision of every project.

Division Leadership – Oversee and inspire a talented team of landscape architects and designers, ensuring quality and innovation across all project phases.

Client Engagement & Business Development – Serve as a trusted client partner, leading presentations, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Collaboration & Mentorship – Partner with Project Designers, Project Managers, and firm Principals to ensure design excellence while mentoring junior staff.

Research & Innovation – Stay at the forefront of design trends, products, and construction methods to integrate the best ideas into our projects.

Brand Enhancement – Contribute to the ongoing growth of our firm’s reputation through award-winning design and meaningful client engagement.
Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture

15–20 years of progressive experience in landscape architecture across all project phases
-
Current Landscape Architecture License
-
Proven track record of leading teams, managing clients, and winning new work

Strong conceptual design and advanced presentation skills

Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues alike

High energy, personable, and passionate about mentoring people and elevating design
