Interior Architect
Luxury Residential Interior Design | Boca Raton, FL
Full-Time | In-Office | Compensation Based on Experience
Archipro Staff Agency is recruiting a talented Interior Architect with 5–7 years of professional experience for an established, growing luxury residential interior design firm in Boca Raton, Florida.
This opportunity is ideal for a design professional with experience in luxury residential and/or high-end hospitality projects who brings a strong understanding of the architectural, technical, and construction-related aspects of interior design.
The ideal candidate combines a refined design sensibility with the technical expertise needed to translate sophisticated interior concepts into detailed, buildable designs. This includes experience developing construction documents, interior architectural details, elevations, sections, and custom millwork drawings.
This is an Interior Architect position, not a traditional Interior Designer role focused primarily on furnishings, decorative selections, and FF&E. Candidates must have a four-year degree in Interior Design and meaningful hands-on experience in interior architecture, construction documentation, and technical detailing.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced, collaborative design team on exceptional luxury residential projects, contributing both creative ideas and the technical knowledge required to bring complex interiors to life.
The Opportunity
Our client is an established luxury residential interior design firm experiencing continued growth, with projects ranging from sophisticated private residences to exceptional custom and speculative homes valued up to $40 million.
The firm takes a highly collaborative approach to design, with team members working closely together throughout the creative, architectural, and project development process.
As an Interior Architect, you will work directly alongside the Senior Designer, CEO, and other team members, contributing your technical expertise throughout the design and construction documentation phases of luxury residential projects.
You will play a key role in developing interior architectural plans, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and construction documentation, helping ensure the firm’s design vision is thoughtfully developed, technically sound, and accurately communicated to architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators.
Projects may include complex interior architectural elements, custom cabinetry and millwork, specialty finishes, detailed ceiling designs, architectural lighting integration, and other highly customized residential features.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of design as much as the creative process and values working within a collaborative, design-focused environment.
