We are working with a highly design-focused architecture practice with a strong reputation across sectors including bespoke homes, apartment developments, and public architecture. The studio is growing and looking for experienced graduates and Project Leaders. The immediate focus is on multi-residential projects, with a broad portfolio spanning private residential, adaptive reuse, co-living, healthcare, childcare and other specialist projects. The practice operates with non-specialised project teams, giving architects the opportunity to remain involved across different sectors and stages rather than being confined to one area of production.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke homes and multi-residential projects across design and documentation stages
- Work closely with clients, consultants and the internal teams
- Contribute to design development, technical documentation and project delivery
- Understanding of construction detailing and documentation
- Coordinate projects within a collaborative, non-specialised team structure
- Take ownership of projects while working closely with senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, positive and engaging personality
Skills and experience
- Relevant Architecture Qualifications
- Operating at a level similar to 4-8 years’ professional practice experience
- Experience on high-quality houses and apartments
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills
- Great attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability
- Outstanding communication skills (written, visual, verbal) and a collaborative nature - confidence, ambitious, and personable
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with clients and consultants
- Candidates from other sectors with strong transferable skills will also be considered
