You’ll dive straight into concept design, masterplanning, and DA stages—gaining real exposure and experience where it counts. You’ll be working closely with the leadership team and surrounded by supportive mentors, great energy, and a studio culture that values initiative and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with senior staff and directors on early-stage architectural projects
- Contribute to DA submissions and the design development of projects
- Be involved across projects from concept through to delivery
- Engage in fast-turnaround work with a strong design eye
- Collaborate closely with in-house interiors team
Skills and Experience - Highly proficient using Revit
- Proven design skills with strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualification/degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Local experience preferred and experience on Hospitality projects ideal
- Operating at a level similar to 3-5+ years’ experience
- Be able to work well in a team setting
