Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior Concept Designer / 3D Visualization Designer well-versed in AI-assisted design, visualization, and automation tools to join its in-house creative team.
The Opportunity
This position requires an unusual combination of creative imagination, advanced 3D visualization skills, and technical design expertise, and requires proficiency in AI-assisted design, visualization, and automation tools.
You will develop original concepts for hospitality interiors, large-scale events, sports celebrations, restaurants, retail environments, residential spaces, and one-of-a-kind experiential installations. Projects move quickly, ideas are ambitious, and no two assignments are quite the same.
The ideal candidate is an abstract thinker who can take an initial idea—or sometimes simply a theme—and transform it into a compelling visual concept that clients, designers, architects, craftsmen, fabricators, and production teams can understand and execute.
Just as important, you must be an exceptionally strong 3D visualization and rendering technician.
A major responsibility will be taking AutoCAD line drawings, developing them into detailed 3D models and wireframes, and transforming those drawings into polished, presentation-quality illustrations and renderings. You will also incorporate client branding and graphic elements using Photoshop and other visualization platforms.
The company is particularly interested in designers who are well-versed in AI-assisted design, visualization, and automation tools and understand how emerging technology can accelerate ideation and production without sacrificing design quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop imaginative and unexpected concepts for hospitality interiors, experiential events, sports celebrations, restaurants, hotels, retail spaces, residential environments, and exterior installations.
- Translate creative ideas into sophisticated 3D models, renderings, illustrations, and client presentations.
- Take AutoCAD line drawings and develop them into detailed 3D wireframes/models and finished visual presentations.
- Produce freehand sketches and architectural drawings to communicate ideas quickly and effectively.
- Develop concepts for large-scale event environments where creativity, visual impact, fabrication feasibility, and speed are equally important.
- Collaborate closely with in-house architects, designers, craftsmen, artisans, fabricators, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced creative environment.
- Use AI-assisted design, visualization, and automation tools to accelerate concept development, image generation, mood creation, presentations, and production workflows.
- Continuously explore emerging technology and new approaches that improve creative output and production efficiency.
- Push beyond conventional solutions by introducing new ideas, materials, forms, experiences, and visual approaches.
Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency required in:
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation-quality rendering
- AI-assisted design, visualization, and automation tools
AI and automation experience is highly valued. Candidates should be comfortable exploring and applying the latest relevant tools for rapid concept development, visualization, and production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional design and visualization experience.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating both advanced 3D visualization/rendering capabilities and original creative thinking.
- Experience in hospitality, experiential design, events, entertainment, restaurants, retail, or similarly fast-paced creative environments strongly preferred.
- Ability to move comfortably between big-picture conceptual thinking and detailed technical execution.
- Strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, lighting, spatial design, and architectural environments.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary creative, technical, fabrication, and production teams.
- Ability to work effectively at the pace required by event production and hospitality design.
- Curiosity about emerging AI, visualization, and automation technologies and how they can enhance the creative process.
- Most importantly, a genuine passion for creating things people haven’t seen before.
