Design Public Group is in search of an Executive Sales Director to join our team supporting our Texas territory. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas or Houston with established relationships throughout Texas. In this role, you will focus on driving sales to contract dealers, hospitality firms, and directly influencing A&D specifications. Given the breadth of the DPG catalog and continued growth of ancillary furniture in the marketplace, there are significant opportunities to grow our business in the territory across a wide variety of projects. DPG has an established reputation in the market to build upon. The position's primary focus is to increase sales and increase market share. You will establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers among dealers, designers, and brands, both new and existing. You will continually implement innovative ways to improve processes, products, and client experience. The ideal candidate has proven organizational skills to manage an assigned territory through an effective business plan that is consistently maintained, captures existing business and relationships, and includes growth plans for 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop existing account strategies and tactics, local team/dealer integration, presentations, brand visits, sit tests, proposals, pricing, etc. You will manage the identification, tracking, and development of sales opportunities within Monday.com.
