We are seeking a motivated Senior Level Landscape Architect to join a renowned national practice in their vibrant Sydney CBD studio. A highly collaborative environment with Landscape Architects, Urban Designers and Architects under one roof you will be part of a powerhouse design environment, collaborating across architecture, urban design, and landscape disciplines to deliver high-quality, sustainable spaces.
In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio including multi-residential, mixed-use, and major urban renewal projects. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their skills from initial concept through to the delivery of complex public realm schemes. You will be supported by industry-leading mentors in a tight-knit team that genuinely values professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop and document landscape design solutions.

Contribute to high-level submissions for both government and private sector clients.

Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring landscape outcomes are integrated with architecture and urban design.

Coordinate with external consultants and local councils to navigate project requirements.

Engagement across various project stages, from early concept design and DA submissions through to construction documentation.
Skills and Experience

A degree in Landscape Architecture.

6 years of professional practice experience, preferably within a multi-disciplinary or tier-one environment.

Strong design sensibility with a proven ability to produce high-quality documentation packages.

Proficiency in Revit preferred, Rhino, or Sketchup highly regarded.

Excellent graphic communication skills using Adobe Creative Suite.

Good working knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards, and local compliance requirements.

A proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects concurrently.
