Key Responsibilities
- Take lead responsibility for technical delivery of large-scale residential projects during construction, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all phases
- Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve on-site issues and facilitate smooth construction workflows
- Review and oversee construction documentation, detail design adaptations, and assist in quality control to meet project standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of precision and problem-solving
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, proactively resolving challenges to keep projects on track
- Act as a key liaison between design team and construction teams, ensuring clear communication and cohesive project delivery
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience leading the construction phase of large-scale residential developments, from detailed design to handover
- Proficiency in Revit, with demonstrated ability to produce and review construction documentation and resolve technical issues on-site
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination, and quality assurance practices
- Experience working on high-rise residential projects within a recognised architectural or construction environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and complex technical challenges
- Relevant degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification
