Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract administration
- Oversee purchase order management and approval workflows
- Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and performance reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain improvement
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- CPM or CPSM certification is a plus
