Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interior architecture delivery of 1–2 high-end residential or hospitality projects, overseeing drawing packages, detailing, and technical coordination on-site.
- Define project frameworks, manage delivery schedules, and maintain a meticulous design process from concept through construction.
- Develop innovative design ideas aligned with the studio’s aesthetic, guiding the internal team and ensuring high-quality output before client review.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and contractors on day-to-day project matters, fostering seamless communication and trust.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work, manage budgets through tendering and cost analysis, and identify opportunities for value engineering to optimise project outcomes.
- Visit sites regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues swiftly, and build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Mentor Junior Designers, reviewing their work and ensuring project milestones are achieved with precision and adherence to quality standards.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in high-end residential or hospitality interiors, demonstrating leadership in project delivery.
- Proven expertise in managing interior architecture components, from detailed technical drawings to construction specifications.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Rhino, with a keen eye for materiality, proportions, and spatial integration.
- Strong organisation skills to handle 1–2 complex projects simultaneously, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, confidently liaising with clients, suppliers, and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of project programmes, scopes of work, and delivery processes within luxury settings.
- A qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
