This is a senior design role at one of the most recognized interior design studios in the world. As Senior Designer you lead high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through installation, working closely with Martyn and the design team to translate a distinctive and eclectic point of view into finished interiors. Our work spans private residences, hotels, and hospitality projects worldwide for clients at the highest level of the industry. You will contribute your own perspective, mentor junior designers, and see projects through every phase, on time and on budget. Who We’re Looking For • Passionate about luxury residential and hospitality interior design • Deep knowledge of luxury design, including furniture, textiles, lighting, decorative arts, and historical references • Tremendously organized with timely follow-up • Strong leadership with the ability to delegate and mentor • An effective communicator and listener • Excellent problem-solving instincts under pressure • Discreet and professional with high-profile clientele • Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration to ensure design intent is maintained • Track project financial performance and review client invoices • Delegate and supervise the work of junior designers and design assistants
