Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, consultants, and construction teams to develop coordinated design and construction documentation.
- Contribute to all project phases, from programming and design development through construction administration.
- Produce comprehensive design documentation that aligns with project goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and participate in design meetings, consultant coordination, and project team discussions.
- Mentor junior staff, contribute to team development, and support quality assurance and successful project delivery.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of professional architectural design experience with strong technical and project coordination capabilities.
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a related technical degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, building codes, construction documentation, and constructability review.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, and Bluebeam; sustainability credentials such as LEED AP or WELL AP are highly desirable.
