THE ROLE-As a Luxury Residential Project Lead, you will serve as the primary Designer and trusted advisor for assigned clients, leading luxury custom homes, renovations, and complete furnishings projects. You will: Lead client meetings with confidence, warmth, and clear professional direction. Develop complete design concepts, space plans, materials, finishes, furnishings, textiles, lighting, rugs, wallcoverings, window treatments, art, and accessories. Read and review architectural plans, elevations, cabinetry drawings, electrical plans, and construction documents. Collaborate confidently with architects, builders, contractors, cabinetmakers, vendors, and trades. Manage priorities, deadlines, budgets, outstanding decisions, and next steps. Identify problems early, bring solutions, close open loops, and proactively drive projects forward. Collaborate with Procurement and Technical Design to ensure projects are accurate and execution-ready. Remain actively engaged through installation, styling, troubleshooting, and final completion.
