An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architect / Associate with strong Health sector expertise to lead projects, mentor teams and play a key role in delivering outstanding design outcomes from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex Health projects across all project stages, from briefing and concept design through to construction and completion
- Manage client relationships, consultant coordination and multidisciplinary project teams to achieve exceptional project outcomes
- Drive high-quality design development and technical documentation while maintaining project quality and program objectives
- Mentor and support junior architects, fostering collaboration, professional development and technical excellence across the studio
- Prepare compelling presentations and communicate design intent using industry-leading digital design and visualisation tools
Skills & Experience
- Registered Architect with approximately 10+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to Health sector projects
- Strong knowledge of Revit, with the ability to produce and oversee high-quality documentation packages
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from inception through construction, coordinating consultants and managing stakeholder relationships
- Sound understanding of Australian building regulations, construction detailing and Health planning standards, including familiarity with AusHFG and dRofus
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach and genuine passion for design excellence
