An established commercial flooring company is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operations across a growing business serving multifamily and commercial construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across project delivery, supply chain, quality assurance, field operations, and customer service. You'll oversee procurement and inventory, coordinate logistics across multiple job sites, support project managers and field teams, and implement processes that improve efficiency, communication, and execution.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in operations leadership within construction, commercial flooring, or a related building products industry. Experience managing cross-functional teams, improving operational processes, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction is essential. Familiarity with OSHA requirements, project management systems, and supply chain management is expected. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $110,000
$800/month vehicle allowance
