Interior Designers are responsible for drafting & managing 3D models, creating design presentations, and executing interior construction documents. This role works directly with our Director of Interior Design & Director of Interior Architecture on interior tasks. The typical day-to-day responsibilities for our Interior Designers include: • Sourcing, organizing & collaging physical material samples for clients and internal studio library. • Sourcing & modeling appliances, plumbing fixtures, hardware & interior finish material selections. • Modeling furnishings, specialty wall finishes, closets, millwork. • Visualizing interior diagrams & vignettes. • Creating presentations in InDesign. • Creating 3D furniture models via Archicad. • Developing furniture layouts within Archicad. • Coordinating & oversee production of photorealistic renderings. • Coordinating with Consultants & Vendors. • Effectively working on multiple projects at once under direct supervision and collaboration with Interior Team. • Integrating interior design & selections with architectural construction documents.
