Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of architectural projects or specific project packages, ensuring designs meet high standards of quality, functionality, and compliance.
- Manage comprehensive documentation processes using Revit, from concept through to construction documentation.
- Act as the Superintendent Representative for WA Government projects, overseeing critical delivery stages with technical rigor and clarity.
- Coordinate seamlessly with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate specialist inputs into cohesive project outcomes.
- Ensure all project processes adhere to NCC, Australian Standards, and statutory requirements, upholding IA’s reputation for quality assurance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through clear communication and professional guidance.
- Support the construction phase by administering contracts, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site inspections to uphold design intent.
Skills & Experience:
- Registered Architect (or nearing registration), with 4–10+ years’ experience across diverse sectors.
- Proven technical mastery with a sharp eye for detail, coordination, and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead contract administration and superintendent roles effectively.
- Proficiency in Revit and CAD, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project execution.
- Experience across sectors such as government, airports, education, commercial workplaces, or infrastructure is highly desirable.
