Overview:
A leading design-led architecture and interiors practice is seeking a technically strong Revit Technician to support Stage 3 coordination on a high-profile project based in Azerbaijan. You’ll work on site in the Hammersmith studio, collaborating closely with the project team to produce coordinated 2D and 3D information.

Responsibilities:

Develop coordinated Stage 3 documentation in Revit (both 3D and 2D).
Produce interior plans, sections, and detailed drawings to a high technical standard.
Collaborate with architects and designers to resolve coordination issues.
Maintain Revit models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

Requirements:

Strong Revit proficiency across 3D modeling and 2D detailing.
Proven experience delivering Stage 3 (Developed Design) coordination packages.
Excellent technical drawing skills for interiors: plans, sections, and details.
Solid understanding of architectural coordination; broader architectural knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio setting and hit the ground running.
